Sometimes, autism is portrayed accurately or inaccurately in the media. Here are some movies, books, and TV shows that I recommend. Some I don’t recommend.

Fiction books:

There are rumors that Jim Parson’s character, Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory TV show might have Asperger’s Syndrome because of his quirky personality. The creators have not confirmed it. https://www.autismspeaks.org/blog/2014/08/13/why-our-autism-community-loves-sheldon-cooper
